Every Sachemo order ships directly from the maker's studio. Because each piece is handmade, we ask for a little patience — and promise it's worth it.

We deliver by courier across Georgia. You'll get a notification with tracking as soon as the maker hands your order to the courier.

Made to order

Some pieces are made just for you after you order. The making time is shown on the product page; delivery times above apply from the day the piece is ready.

Returns

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original condition. Each maker sets their own return policy — you'll find it on every product page. Personalized and made-to-order pieces can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty.

How to return

1Go to My account → Orders and choose the item you'd like to return.

2Tell us the reason — we'll arrange a courier pickup at a time that suits you.

3Hand the piece to the courier in its original packaging. That's it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the maker receives the item. Questions? Contact us.
