Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to run your orders — nothing more. This page explains what that means in plain language.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, and delivery address when you place an order or create an account; your order history; and messages you send us. If you open a maker shop, we also hold your brand's legal details for invoicing.
What we use it for
Fulfilling orders and returns, replying to your messages, and — only if you opt in — the occasional newsletter. We never sell your data and never share it beyond what a delivery or payment requires.
Who we share it with
The maker preparing your order sees your name and delivery details. Couriers see the delivery address. Payments are processed by our banking partners — card numbers never touch our servers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Your account data stays until you delete your account, at which point we remove everything that isn't legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — one message to us is enough. We reply within 1–2 business days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your bag. No advertising trackers.
