Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most. Can’t find what you need? Visit our Help centre or get in touch.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We deliver handmade goods from Georgian makers by courier across Georgia. Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days in Tbilisi and 2–5 business days elsewhere in Georgia. Estimated times are shown at checkout, and delivery fees are on our Delivery & returns page.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely by card at checkout. Prices are shown in Georgian Lari (GEL) and payment is processed by our payment provider — we never store your full card details.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email, and tracking details where the carrier provides them. You can also see order status in your account.
How do returns and refunds work?
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and each maker sets their own return policy — you’ll find it on every product page. See our Returns & Refunds page for the steps, exceptions and refund timing.
The items are handmade — will mine look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is made by hand, so small natural variations in colour, grain or finish are part of its character and not a defect. Product photos show a representative example.
How do I contact a maker?
Reach out through our Help centre with your order number and we’ll connect you with the maker for questions about a custom request or an existing order.
I make things — how do I sell on Sachemo?
We’re a curated marketplace for Georgian makers. Use the Open your shop option on the home page to apply; we review applications and charge a 15% commission on completed sales.
